This Privacy Policy explains what Dogdell collects when you play, why we collect it, and your choices. By using the Service you also agree to our Terms of Use.

Customize contact details and jurisdiction with your counsel before launch. AdSense and Firebase each publish their own privacy disclosures.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Guest play

Dog display name you choose
Gameplay progress stored on our game servers (skills, inventory, position)
Technical connection data needed to run multiplayer (IP address, session identifiers)

Accounts (optional)

Authentication data from Firebase (for example email, Google account ID, and tokens)
Progress tied to your account ID so you can resume on another device

Device & browser

Local preferences such as legal acceptance flags in your browser storage
Standard server logs (time, errors, approximate region)

Advertising

If Google AdSense (or similar) is enabled, Google and its partners may collect device and cookie data to serve and measure ads under their policies. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and ad settings.

3. How we use information

Run the multiplayer park and save progress
Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and debug outages
Show ads that help keep the Service free (when configured)
Comply with law and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Chat & social features

Dogdell does not provide free-text chat. Players may only send allowlisted barks and similar park actions. That reduces the chance of sharing personal information in public chat and limits moderation burden.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors that help us operate the Service, such as:

Hosting / cloud providers for the website and game server
Firebase / Google for optional authentication and account storage
Ad networks when ads are enabled

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect players and the Service.

6. Retention

Guest and account saves are kept while needed to provide the Service. We may delete inactive or abusive records. Logs are retained for a limited operational period.

7. Children

The park is designed as a cozy general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for optional accounts without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided account data improperly, contact us and we will delete it where required.

8. Your choices

Play as a guest without creating an account
Sign out or stop using the Service
Request account data deletion by emailing us from the address on the account
Use browser / Google ad controls where available

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, but no online service is perfectly secure. Protect your password and do not share account credentials.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
